Can I include cases with trade in

• Remove all screen protectors and/or phone cases. If these items are included in the box, they will be recycled and cannot be returned to you. 

You can certainly include them, but don't expect to get any trade-in value for them. It's best to ship your iPhone without the case as the trade-in shipping box is designed to securely only hold your phone.
