Screen time
Why is screen time not allowing full function of apps which I have allowed? Apps are functioning, but many features are not. Turning off screen time permits their function, but then screen time is obviously not functional.

Check to see if you have any restrictions enabled that may impact how the app performs on your iPhone. For example, even with an app enabled in Always Allow, settings from Content & Privacy Restrictions may impact an app. You can review the settings under this section in the Set Content & Privacy Restrictions section at Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
If the Content & Privacy Restrictions settings don't resolve the issue with your app(s), a few more details may help the Apple Support Communities users guide you.
