ECG app automatically started recording without touching Digital Crown. Tried restarting and also uninstalling/downloading app again, yet it continues to do it.

I have had no problems with it before tonight. I use my ECG app often as I have PVC's at times and like to record when I feel them. However, I'm not sure why it started acting up all of the sudden.

I also checked to make sure my watch was up to date (it is).

Any ideas why it is doing this and how to fix it?
