Merging Safari on a Device:
By merging, all bookmark in Safari and site history will be merged with your iCloud Account, and you will be able to access that data on any other drive that is (A.)signed into to the same Apple ID as your iPhone, and(B.) has Safari enabled in iCloud Settings on it.
