Iphone Unresponsive Screen

I have a Xs and between 15.6 and 16.6 update the screen remains unresponsive and i dont know why is it happening ... And its like apple is doing nothing bout it? The whole internet keeps saying force restart your phone but it doesnt work .

If your screen is black or frozen

  • Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  • Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  • Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
  • If your phone doesn't turn on, follow these steps to check your hardware and charge your phone.
