Unable to receive emails
I can’t receive emails on my old Mac. It says online status is temporarily unavailable. Please help!
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15
That could mean several things: the servers are too busy, they are down completely, your ISP is having problem and etc.
Is the new or long standing?
When I see this happen, I just wait because Comcast has a history of problems and the others are not immune to problems .
You might try restarting, and verifying your internet connection, but generally this is web problem; not local.
