Sharing iCloud+ storage with only chosen members of family
Can i choose family members to share my iCloud storage with ? For example i want to share iCloud storage with my wife but not with children. Thank you for your answer.

Sorry, no. If you share iCloud storage it is shared with all Family Sharing members. Any of those who are paying for their own storage plan have an option to keep that plan rather than share.
You may want to make the suggestion to Apple that they offer the ability to choose who can share via: Feedback - iCloud - Apple
