My iPhone is saying no service and I try to update it, but it’s saying no internet connection , How can I fix it?

I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with service on iPhone. Are you connected to cellular data or a wifi network?Please refer to the following support page to learn how to enable this - Use cellular data on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. Please note if you have a plan and cellular data is enabled, you will need to contact your carrier to diagnose further issues.
If you're trying to connect to a wifi network this can be done within the Settings app under Wi-Fi. Please see Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
