How do I on the iPhone 11 change places of the arrangement of apps icon displayed on pages ?

Hello Midcitymadman
If you tap and hold on any app a menu will appear. Please tap on Edit Home Screen to arrange your app order. Alternatively, if you tap and hold on the page indicator at the bottom or in any blank space on iPhone, it'll automatically bring you to the edit home screen.
From here you can arrange your apps in an order you like! You can also click on the plus sign, in the top left, to add widgets!
