Every time I go onto snap it says “Oops Snapchat is a camera app to continue you’ll need to allow camera access in settings” I have gone into settings and there’s no buttons on the Snapchat thing to allow camera also I’ve gone into privacy on settings and nothing there either. I’ve emailed Snapchat but they’ve said to do what I’ve already done please help me my Snapchat account is very important to me. :(

I'm not going to reiterate what you've already tried. It's strange there is no Camera toggle within either the Snapchat section of the Settings app or within apps accessing your Camera within Privacy & Security. This to me signifies that the app hasn't event requested access to the camera yet, which is why it's not appearing.
Could you try removing the Snapchat app from your iPhone and redownloading it? After that try signing in and accept the dialog that prompts access to Camera. Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
