Why Music App will not stop playing

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

Since your Music app will not stop playing music, try force closing the the app.

iPhone X and later

1. From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.

2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close. 

3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

If this doesn’t help, just go into Voice Memos, and play a recording. That usually shuts these misbehaving audios off.
