Can you please verify the following in Settings:

Could you please try going back to Accounts and tap on that iCloud account? If it brings you to your Apple ID, you're logged in and means we'll have to diagnose this further..
If it asks you to log in please log in and try again🙂
I'm unsure then.. You can try doing a restart or connecting to a Wi-Fi network and see if that resolves the issue. I will try looking into this for you and let you know if I find an answer.

Yh, it brought me to my apple ID
I’ve done that already, I’ve even tried send emails from my Mac, it’s still not working, and I need to reply emails. Hmm . Anyways thank you for responding.
