Childs account has been disabled

my daughter recently got a new iPad. we are in a shared family plan. We were able to transfer all information from old iPad to her new one. However, she is getting the following message " Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes"


I need help to allow her to purchase free

apps specifically "Roblox".
