How soon should I take my MBP to a Genius Bar to be checked after spilling a little water on it? Should I wait a few days to make sure it’s dry, or try to schedule it for tomorrow? Thanks for any advice you can offer (I have Apple Care Plus).

Liquid and electronics do not mix...I would take it in. Liquid damage tends to get worse over time not better.
