Numbers: Change the order of text in a cell/swap lastname firstname into firstname lastname

I copied a list of names from a site (it is allowed) and the full names are in one column with the last name first and the first name last (Brown, Fred). I need to reformat it into Fred Brown. I have a lot of these to do so I need some efficiency. I can't seem to find any function that will help me out here.
