smart playlist doesn't show all tracks

So, here's the situation:

I collect all my favorite songs from each weeks New Music Mix and put them in a playlist by each year. Back when i started this, i made a Smart Playlist to collect all playlists in one big one. (This to further filter out by play count, liked, etc..) I edit the rules to add each years corresponding playlist (see screenshot below).

These seven playlists combined have a total of 2.334 tracks, but this Smart Playlist only shows 1.208 of them...!

I checked, created a new Smart Playlist and added 2021 and 2022 (757 tracks) but only 5 tracks appear.

All the tracks in the playlists are in the cloud of Apple Music and only a hand full are "No Longer Available".

Can anybody help me understand and fix why the Smart Playlists i create wont see half of the tracks in the playlists i add?

Any help is much appreciated!

TLDR; I want to combine multiple playlists in to one Smart Playlist (all Apple Music cloud tracks) but almost half of the tracks aren't added.

Update:

The problem is fixed! It was due to the fact newer songs didn't automatically got added to my library. For some reason Smart Playlists only want tracks who are in the library. So cmd+a -> right click -> 'Add to Library' for each playlist did the trick.
