hello
i changed my device to a new iphone and ever since then snapchat refuses to log in on the new device but logs in on any other device
i’ve tried everything possible, nothing has changed
please can anyone help?

Snapchat does not recognize your new device. You will need to get with Snapchat Support. Nothing we can do from this end.
Can you humour the bot to get you to a live person? Even if you tell it the issue you are having is not quite the one you are actually having, humans can think for themselves, and may be able to resolve the issue, or transfer you to someone who can.

Snapchat is not an Apple Product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Contact us - Snapchat Support
i have contacted snap support but turns out a bot replies me instead of an actual human and the bot doesn’t describe my problem at all.
do you know anyway i could talk to an actual person ?
