Can you is a 27in Apple Thunderbolt Display with a 2020 27in iMac desktop?

Assuming that you are referring to the 27" Apple Thunderbolt Display – not the 27" 5K Apple Studio Display – you will need one of these:

Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter - Apple
