Someone with a android phone blocked everything I do , controlling my accounts can’t access it every time blocked my password and codes I don’t know what to do

First of all, make sure that your Apple ID is safe by checking the steps in this article:
If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
An Android phone can't block an iPhone. But, if you give away your app passwords or 3rd party account passwords, this might be the reason for that.
In that case, try to change the passwords as well, or set up a new account for those apps in question.
