hi! Please help me to disable button shapes in navigation bar. I have it in almost every app and i dont remember how i turned it on

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Settings>Accessibility>Display & Text Size>Button Shapes = OFF

When done, restart your iPhone.
