is there a solution for stage manager getting stuck when there are MS outlook reminders?

i have to close the remeinders window before minimizing other windows, if i dont, i cannot access any of the windows i minimize.

Quicktime icon has become Reminders icon?!? This is super weird. Somehow, the icon in my dock for Quicktime player has changed to be the Reminders icon. When I click on it, it brings up Quicktime. I can still open the Reminders app using Spotlight, but it no longer has the red dot with the number of reminders for that day. The dynamic icon showing number of reminders is associated with Quicktime. This is one of the weirdest things I've ever seen on Mac OS. User since 2002. Anyone else seen this or have ideas of how to fix it?

Stage manager and Safari on iMac When I'm using Safari on my iMac (Ventura 13.3) and have it open, it won't 'leave the stage' when I click on the desktop. It always stay there. When I bring 'on stage' another app from the LHS stack, Safari just remains there. All the other apps 'leave the stage' as expected, but not Safari. I also opened Chrome, and when I have it open 'centre stage' I can make it move 'off stage' by clicking the desktop. So its behaving as I would expect. Anyone else having this problem? I restarted in Safe Mode, but same behaviour. Thanks

Stop the Mac OS from automatically taking me to an app that has completed loading in the background Let's say that I am typing an email in my web browser and I have some apps that are opening in the background, while I work. When each app completes opening, I am automatically taken to it by the Mac OS. This is really annoying, as I want to continue working in my web browser, without being interrupted. So, the problem that I want to fix is that I want to stop the Mac OS from taking me to an app that is loading in the background, once that app has completed loading. Please note: This does not relate to apps automatically opening on start up, I know how to alter the settings for that.

Are you using the current version of Outlook?
