I can’t update my WhatsApp due to my billing app

I want to update my WhatsApp but it keeps telling me to update my billing but anytime I try to fill in the details it won’t go…

If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method

Also see:

If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store
