I unpaired my apple watch since I got a new phone, I now have a new apple ID and the old apple ID is locked to my watch how do I remove it and login with my new apple ID. My watch is already unpaired...

It sounds like your Apple Watch is still using your old Apple ID. We know how important having a working Apple Watch is for you, and you’re in the right place to find a resolution. You will need to remove the Activation Lock on your Apple Watch. Once removed, you will be able to pair it with your new Apple ID.
Turn off Activation Lock on the web
If you can't access your iPhone or Apple Watch, or if your Apple Watch isn't paired with your iPhone and you need to turn off Activation Lock:
1. Go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
2. From the Quick Access Menu in the top right, select Find My. You might be required to sign in.
3. Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
4. Click Erase Apple Watch. Select Next until the device is erased.
5. Click the remove buttonnext to your Apple Watch.
