Iphone 14 pro freezing

2 week old I phone 14 phone IOS 16.5 completely frozen durning charging. Totally frozen !

I was able to get it operating again by doing a hard restart. What has happened to Apple, to many people working from home? Do they actually know that this issue exists? Apparently all the users do.

This is unacceptable from Apple, a brand top of the line phone that has a known issue.

I'm thinking of returning it to Verizon and trying another phone.

Please help, I'm open to any suggestions.
