Can’t purchase with my iCloud account

I can’t purchase from iTunes Store

iPhone 6s, iOS 15

There is no go to settings > general > restrictions but did you go to settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and verify that the 3 selections are set to Allow?

go to settings > general > restrictions and make sure in-app purchase is enabled
