My sister received the email saying that she have been approved. The email says that we need to return into Apple Card application but the system just show the steps to apply and how to add the card to the wallet. But we can’t find the offer to accept. What can I do? Thanks

Go to Settings > tap her name at top of screen > confirm the Apple ID shown (email shown/name).
Next, upgrade iPhone to latest iOS.
Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support
Once updated, please do a forced restart.
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Confirm she’s still logged into her Apple ID by following steps above.
Once logged in, updated etc. return to Wallet app and tap Plus/+ button in upper right corner. Wait for option to add Apple Card to appear. This may take a minute or two for the option to appear. Please be patient.

Who was approved you or your sister? You have stated your sister was approved and you’ve stated that you were approved. Whose Apple ID was used on the application? The person associated with the Apple ID used when the application was submitted, must sign into their Apple ID and accept the offer.
Please do a forced restart again (link above). If that doesn’t help please try logging out of your Apple ID:iCloud account, do a forced restart and then log back into your account. Try adding your account.

Within the Wallet app, could you try hitting the plus sign in the upper right? There may be a button there to add the Apple Card into the Wallet app.

You are approved / denied when submitting the application there is no wait period. Immediately after you submitted the application what alert message did you receive?
If you're receiving an email after the fact it could be phishing. Please read Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.

The problem is that need to accept the offer of the Apple Card first and can’t find the offer. I did read about hit plus button but after press the button it’s sending me to that link about how to add the Apple Card. But I don’t know how to accept the card and offer.
I received an email saying that I’ve been approved and says that I need to return to the Apple Card application to accept the offer.
But when I hit the link to return, it’s sending me to the instructions to learn how to add the Apple Card on my wallet but nothing about the offer or to accept it.
Hi, finally I accepted the offer but now when I’m in the wallet trying to add the Apple Card the system it’s showing me a message saying: Apple Pay services are not available right now. Try later.
That was yesterday but I already try many times and the message continue.
What should I do?
