Calendar attachments (and how to attach them without duplicating them)

Hello Support.

I’d like to use my Calendar app as a project management tool to keep necessary files and documents in one place and share them.

However, all documents I attached are done so as copies and any changes I make to one is not reflected in the other.

Is there a way around this irritation?

You could use a file: url to point to the document. The link would show the file in the Finder.

In the Finder, select the file, hold down the option key, and select "copy as pathname" from the edit menu (cmd-opt-c). In the event URL field, type "file://" then paste in the path.
