Crunchyrol account was hacked

Hi I have a Crunchyroll subscription through Apple and my account was hacked and they changed the email address.

Crunchyroll say that since my subscription is through Apple there is no way for them to verify my account to change my email back.

Now I created a new account forgetting the old one but the problem is every time I try and add the subscription to my Apple subscriptions it tells me I already have an account and logs me back in to the old account with the other persons email.

please help this so annoying
