iPad downloads
I am attending an event where there will be no Wifi. Is it possible to take documents on my iPad and read them without the Internet. I have them on iCloud, but when I turn off Wifi, I cannot read them. Is there a way?

If you download the file you should be able to read it without WiFi. Tap on the download icon next to a file so that it downloads then turn off WiFi and see if it is accessible. You can also copy documents to the “On my iPad” folder and read those offline since they are now stored on your iPad.
