I have an iPhone 14 plus that will not make a call it says call failed

What's wrong with my phone has not worked right since I bought it. My provider is T- Mobil and Wifi is a private network. My home phone is thru the private network. Data and

phone only with T-mobile. What is it suppose to be set up to.
