Instagram app crashing

Any advice on what else I can do?

iPhone 12 with iOS 16.5 up to date, for the past 2 most recent Instagram updates, the app keeps crashing (can’t even open to begin with). All background apps have been closed, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, powering down the phone and turning back on. I have plenty of storage, and I’ve tried multiple different but reliable wifi connections. I’ve submitted reports to Instagram, but I’m not getting anywhere. Advice ?
