After update to iOS 13.4 iMac does not connect to the internet

Our iMac model number MNE02LL/A updated to iOS 13.4 Ventura and immediately after the update it would no longer connect to the internet. All other devices in the house are still connected to the internet and working properly. We restarted it multiple times, we uninstalled McAfee, we connected directly to the router with an ethernet cable, but still no connection to the internet. When trying to connect with wifi it seems to connect to the router, but not the internet. It shows the curved bars with an exclamation mark.
