sling tv

my apple tv remote will not work on the GUIDE part of Sling TV. It works for all other functions on Sling TV but freezes when I go to the GUIDE to check what's on different stations

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 16

have you tried their support How to contact Customer Support for Sling | Sling Help Center (getsling.com)

they write the app, maybe it's a known bug they are working on resolving

Yes I contacted them...I had already tried rebooting the Apple TV and deleted and reinstalled the sling tv app, signed out signed in...nothing helped. They claim they will work on the problem. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem using Apple TV.
