You are not on Windows now, and there is no Run as Administrator option.


There is a with administrator privileges clause for do shell scripts in AppleScript, or the sudo command in the Terminal, but otherwise if you are the administrator of your Mac, any application you launch via the Finder is launched by the administrator.
