Volume&side button issue

Hello,

My volume and side buttons are not working while silent mode. I can’t lock (use side button) while silent mode. It is working when I have allowed assistive touch and first lock without silent mode. I have tried every single advice, but not working. It is not about case, not dirt, not allowing switch with volume. And while switching volume, on screen sleeping mode notification is playing. What should I do?
