Can you charge apple watch with iPhone?

No, you cannot directly charge an Apple Watch using an iPhone. While both devices are designed to work together and have certain shared features, charging capabilities are not among them. Each device has its own separate charging mechanism.

The Apple Watch comes with its own dedicated charging cable or charger, which connects magnetically to the back of the watch. You need to plug this cable into a power source, such as a wall adapter or a USB port, to charge the Apple Watch.

On the other hand, an iPhone is charged using a Lightning cable or, in some newer models, a USB-C cable. The iPhone's charging port is not compatible with the Apple Watch's charging mechanism, and vice versa.

It's worth noting that some wireless charging pads or stands may support simultaneous charging of both an iPhone and an Apple Watch, but they still require their respective charging cables connected to the charging pad or stand.
