Safari flickering on SOME websites (M1 Max MacBook Pro/Ventura 13.4 - but it's been persistent through several updates)

Not every website is affected.

Worst are:

Twitter (I initially thought it was because Musk's broken it, but then it started occurring on other sites)

Any Wiki built using MediaWiki, including Wikipedia)

Reddit

Search engines are okay, unless I'm browsing images.

Basically, the issue seems to be with zooming (if I zoom in and back out again, it'll flicker). It's 100% just a Safari issue, as it does not happen with any other browser I've tried (DuckDuckGo, Firefox and Chrome). I'd switch to another browser if I could integrate autocorrect. I'd switch to DuckDuckGo but, obviously, I can't use autocorrect and, as a fat-fingered Autist, I rely on it.

Twitter and Reddit are the worst, they jump about all over the shop. I'm running in safe mode, I have force reset Safari and emptied the cache.

I can't remember when I first noticed it - but it's persisted through at least 2 Ventura updates.

Might not bother some, but I know I won't be the only Autist with optical issues. Apple isn't affected.
