Can this IOS app scan QR code app decoding the URL without open the potential malicious link?

Thanks. I normally use the QR Code scanner via Control Center, as soon as it scan, it will launch the Browser to access the URL with no options to stop the Browser launch.

Another issue with one of the Phishing emails with the QR code, it begins with Bing.com/long string of encoded texts and then redirected to a malicious URL. By only seeing the first part of the URL does not help to determine whether the link is safe.

I hope Apple will provide the full URL info or allow to copy the URL to a notepad to verify what is in the Full URL from QR Code.
