cannot get landscape view

i cannot find the control to unlock portrait view

Thank you for posting to Apple Support Communities.


The option to change the screen orientation is found in Control Center. To access Control Center, will depend on your iPhone model. Use the following for guidance:


  • "On an iPhone with Face ID: Swipe down from the top-right edge. To close Control Center, swipe up from the bottom.


  • On an iPhone with a Home button: Swipe up from the bottom. To close Control Center, swipe down or press the Home button."
