Restrict hotspot access
I followed the steps to limit cellular access as called out in prior postings, but when I go into child's phone they can still turn on their hotspot. does this function no longer work?

Ask your carrier to disable the feature on his number. You may even be able to do it yourself through your carrier's app or website.
