Lastpass export for Keychain import "contents cannot be retrieved"

I'm trying to transfer my Lastpass Vault to Keychain. I have logged into Lastpass on Safari, exported the csv, checked the data which seams correct.

I exported the necessary file: lastpass_export.csv and all attempts to import give me errors like: "An error has occurred. Unable to import an item." and "The contents of this item cannot be retrieved"

After 1st attempts I tried reformatting the .csv to mac format, I'm out of tricks and time!?

Obviously, I didn't expect this to be seamless, but (old) posts I've found have outlined everything I've tried -all has failed... Wondering if this is a more recent Ventura (13.4) issue or.....? Please advise! tx
