PayPal Won't Allow Login

As of a few months ago, I have been having issues getting onto PayPal via my iMac, iPad, and iPhone. Sometimes I can make it through on my app, but it is intermittent. I have even tried Chrome and Firefox browsers. Is anyone else having this issue? I called PayPal, and they can't point to anything that would be causing the issue.
