macOS High Sierra 10.13 not updating to macOS Monterey (The recovery servers could not be reached)

I have just reinstalled the macOS High Sierra 10.13 in my MacBook Pro 2015 Mid. Now I want to upgrade from High Sierra to Monterey!

The problem is that the OS System Preferences not showing any Software Update options, but I am able to download any update from the app store. Lets suppose I downloaded the Monterey and when I start the download/install it always give me the following error:

The recovery servers could not be reached.

What I have tried so far is used a high speed internet connection using WiFi as well as Ethernet cable but the error still persists. Also I tried restarting/shutting down the Mac several times but no success!

I just want to upgrade my Mac book to Monterey from High Sierra!

Can somebody please figure this out what is wrong with this?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13
