FedNow is a transaction processing system for banks and other financial institutions.

It has nothing to do with consumer level devices or point of sale. It is not contained in iOS or Android or any other end user operating system or product.

If someone told you it is, they've been sucked into yet another ridiculous conspiracy theory.
