How do I set Terminal to allow my MacBook pro to sleep?

In Terminal, I typed pmset -g to access these settings. It shows this:

sleep 1 (sleep prevented by sharingd, coreaudiod)

I'm using Big Sur 11.7 on my MacBook Pro. Thanks.

Sleeping on Macs can be especially difficult if you use any third party peripherals. Make sure your System Preferences is set not to allow drives to sleep when it falls asleep. The ports go into low power mode causing difficulty for anything external to connect until the next reboot of the computer.

I generally find it is easier to use Screen Saver than Energy Saver if I am depending on external devices.
