My mac os (ventura 13.x) did again update without asking.

Why is my doing some background updating and just showing 60s warning before restart if I disabled all auto updates. It happened at least two times already. What else should I do to prevent it?

It just runs and runs and runs. I have powered down and restarted several times. Anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this? macOS 13.6.1 ChatGPT Oops, an error occurred I updated my macOS to 13.6.1 today, and ChapGPT will not run since the update. It will allow me to log in and acts like it is working, but as soon as I try and run a query I get the following error message. Oops, an error occurred. Is there a way to uninstall the update?
