ipad keyboard
My brand new ipad 10th generation keyboard prints out two symbols upside down- the exclamation point and the question mark. How do I fix this?

Are you talking about a hardware keyboard or the screen keyboard?
In any case, having those upside down indicates it thinks you are typing Spanish instead of English. Go to your keyboard settings and remove anything named Spanish.
