Software bug

How to fix it please help... Using Ventura 13.4.1

Please refer the image, When i tried to open the chrome in full screen all time this bar appears on the top.

Just to add, Make sure "Automatically hide and show the menu bar" is set to "In Full Screen Only", anything but "Never" in System Settings > Control Center > Menu Bar Only.
