How to download Photos for High Sierra
I am running High Sierra on a iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017). The Photos app got deleted, and I cannot find the resource to download and install it again. Help!

I found it in the Applications folder, as you said.
I thought it was not present because it was not in the list of apps available to open a JPG. But, I discovered that was because the Photos library had moved and needed to be re-created. Thanks for the answer. It's all good now.
Are you certain it's not in the Applications folder?
The only way to reinstall Photos would be to reinstall High Sierra.
You're welcome.
