Hi! Please follow these steps:

  1. Connect your iPhone to a computer using a genuine Lightning cable
  2. Restart your iPhone:
1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
4.When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

If the screen still appears, follow these steps to reinstall iOS:

1. On your Mac, make sure that you've installed the latest software updates (including iTunes if you have macOS Mojave or earlier). Or on your Windows PC, make sure that you've installed the latest version of iTunes.
2. Make sure that your device is still connected to your computer. A "There's a problem with the [your device name] that requires it to be updated or restored" message should appear.
3. Click Update to reinstall iOS.
